It was a smooth ride. Communication before the ride was great. The driver was patient and waited for us to clear customs then got us on the way safely to our destination.

Well to begin I was never picked up. I communicated through WhatsApp as soon as I landed that I have arrived and about to go through customs. I saw that the driver saw and responded. I also communicated that I’m outside in the pickup area. No response. I waited and then I reached out again. I then proceeded to call multiple times while standing in another country being harassed. I’m super disappointed. I ended up ordering an uber. When I contacted the company regarding a refund they only sent me $6 back I paid $30.

Viator will charge you one price online when you get there. The tour operator will tell you that you owe more money. I feel that this is a scam bait and switch. I would never go through via tour again. However, the local operators were really good. Viator needs to be ashamed of

Our arrival and pickup at the airport was very smooth. Our driver, Edwin, contacted me via WhatsApp the day before to confirm my booking and provided me with details of the pickup. Edwin made sure I knew exactly how to navigate the airport and led me directly to the pickup spot where he was waiting. On the ride to my accommodations, Edwin gave a little tour of the city and offered recommendations for activities. I highly recommend this experience!
