The arrival was very difficult,...
The arrival was very difficult, the way to find the driver was not clearly communicated. I needed the help of other drivers to manage to find him.
The transfer was okay, despite the lack of a safety seat for the younger children.
The driver was pleasant, nothing more.

Excellent Service
Alejandro was very communicative beforehand, sent information and a photo of his car a day ahead. Pickup was a breeze, we felt safe and he was very friendly. Taxi experience
Unfortunately I feel this service was just an overpriced taxi. I booked for $26 and was charged another $20 for a second person going to the same location. So I paid $46 dollars and the driver wasn’t there when we came out. We had to wait a few mins for him which was enough time for us to be harassed by the guys at the airport. He didn’t get out to help with our bags so they grabbed them from our hands to put them in the trunk and demand tips. Next time I’ll just get an Uber or taxi for 1/2 the price.
