The driver asked you to pay an additional fee because the free waiting time is limited to one hour, while you were delayed for one hour and forty minutes. He was therefore asking for payment for the additional 40 minutes of waiting time. However, as there was a misunderstanding, we have decided to make a gesture of goodwill and waive the additional charge. You do not need to pay anything extra. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Excellent Airport Service
Paul was waiting for us as we cleared baggage claim. The vehicle was exceptionally clean. The driving through Paris traffic took quite a while, but that is Paris. This is an excellent and reliable car service.
