I would highly recommend this service. Our driver, Nidhal, was right on time and exactly where we expected to meet. Our drive to our hotel in Paris took 2 hrs due to traffic. On the drive, Nidhal was very personable , helpful and charming. As a bonus he helped us brush up on our French!
Seamless pick up. Clear communication & easy to find. Clean car. Firman professional & engaging. A good driver.

Driver was efficient and drove carefully. He didn't speak English, so the ride was fairly quiet. He was very respectful. Helped loading and unloading luggage. Would book again.

Our first trip to Paris made it a very quick and efficient way to get from the airport to our hotel in Paris! Thank you!
Dear Mary, Thank you so much for your kind review! We are thrilled to hear that we could make your first trip to Paris smooth, quick, and efficient. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!
The driver was not able to meet us right outside the arrivals I believe due to traffic. There were many other drivers with placards waiting for their riders, however, so I’m unsure why our driver was late. It was a bit challenging communicating with the company but about 15 minutes later our lovely driver appeared and his driving was great and we got to our hotel in time to make our lunch reservation. I still love Viator though and am using it to ride back to the airport today!
Dear Debra, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that you were pleased with the driving and felt safe during your trip. We are actively working on improving our dispatch and communication process to prevent this in the future. We appreciate your patience and hope to provide you with a seamless experience next time!
