We had an great and interessting tour with out excellent tour guide Raynan. We learned a lot about goan history and he answerd all of our numerous questions. Raynan is a good story teller who made it really easy listening to all the facts and stories, even if this part of history is very gruesome.

We did the night walk in December during Christmas season and the fort and jail was converted into a place of celebration with live music, lights and décor. The monument by itself is rich in history and our narrator from Make It Happen team took us to every nook and corner of the jail including the chapel, kitchen and the prison cells. It was a very different experience from the fort tours we had taken across India and would definitely recommend anyone taking this tour especially in December.

Great to see the Jail become a top tourist spot. Worth the ₹300 entry fee. Excellent history covered and keep a few hours spare so you can explore the whole Jail
