Rub was great! Learned so many things I never knew. Loved how he bookended the experience with the survivor Church and the survivor tree
It was freezing cold on the 12th of december, but beautiful and clear day. But teh spirit of Arun telling the stories was impressive. (Father Judge and Rick Rescorla amongst others) After that the museum. Makes you quite. And lastly the One World Trade Center Observatory. All in all 4-5 hours really well spent. Arun is clearly telling the story and take the time and is very respectful.
We had a fabulous time. It was very cold and windy so Russell did as much of the tour inside as possible.. Very knowledgeable. great tour. worth the money.
Jaclyn was seriously awesome! Has a real passion for her job. Learned a ton of new facts about 9/11 and she made the entire tour interesting, despite it being very cold outside. Would highly recommend and specifically ask for Jaclyn.
Dave did a great job providing amazing details that really made a huge difference ! We all know the basics of that day.....but Dave told us more, showed us photos he had amassed and gave important and meaningful information that will help me "never forget".
Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to gain more knowledge on 9/11 and to visit all the surrounding areas. Our tour guide was Paul Kelly, and he was so knowledgeable and had an answer to any question.
Thank you so much for your review! We’re thrilled you found the tour informative and that Paul’s knowledge made your visit so meaningful.
Paul was wonderful and passionate about the topic. He had real world experience but also respectful humor! Highly recommend him!!
Jaclyn was a knowledgeable and caring guide for our group. She shared stories of the people, the events and the heros of that fateful day bringing it to life for us. Her reverence for this sacred ground was felt by all. We would 100% recommend her and this tour.
On May 23rd 2025 I had a tour of the Sept 11th Memorial with WALKS tours of nyc. Though I have visited that sacred site on my own several times I was completely blown away by this guided walking tour!! Our guide Katherine H. was phenomenal!! I thought I knew a lot about that tragic day but I knew Katherine had so many compelling stories i.had never heard! She told them with such passion and sincerity that had me on the verge of tears!! I highly recommend taking this tour with Katherine!
Dave was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable and gave an authentic insight into the events of 9/11 and the aftermath. The one world observatory was also amazing. We got to the top around sunset and we couldn’t have had a better view. Will be back for sure. Thanks again Dave.
