Liz was amazing charming knowledgeable and spunky fun and took great pics of us ! Highly recommend .. 2 hours touring and 1 hour is plenty at observation tower unless you wanna eat or get a cocktail ! I recommend video the ride up elevator .. it’s a hx of the growth and change of skyline of Manhattan and Brooklyn over the years ..
Excellent. The guide Bill Q was very, really helpful. Lots of stories, many of the first hand knowledge of his own experiences during the day of 9/11/2001.
Sean our tour guy was really good. He answered a lot of my question from that tragic day 9/11 & explained a lot to our group.,
Impressive and a must-do. As usual in the USA, magnificent but with a lot of reflection.
Wonderful experience. Jaclyn was an amazing tour guide. Loved her passion for her job.
Really enjoyed the walking tour.
Rub was great! Learned so many things I never knew. Loved how he bookended the experience with the survivor Church and the survivor tree
It was freezing cold on the 12th of december, but beautiful and clear day. But teh spirit of Arun telling the stories was impressive. (Father Judge and Rick Rescorla amongst others) After that the museum. Makes you quite. And lastly the One World Trade Center Observatory. All in all 4-5 hours really well spent. Arun is clearly telling the story and take the time and is very respectful.
We had a fabulous time. It was very cold and windy so Russell did as much of the tour inside as possible.. Very knowledgeable. great tour. worth the money.
Jaclyn was seriously awesome! Has a real passion for her job. Learned a ton of new facts about 9/11 and she made the entire tour interesting, despite it being very cold outside. Would highly recommend and specifically ask for Jaclyn.
