There were multiple tours from this company at the same time very confusing. Our guide checked off people on his list halfway through they called him to pick up other people at the gate. Interrupted the entire flow. It was not the guides fault. He did a great job describing things and highlighting the Spanish painters

The Tour guide needs to learn how to use the audio system better. The sound was inconsistent. She also rushed through museum several rooms which were of interest, including a whole room of El Greco.
