I want to mention about the guide who took us in this tour. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. His explained everything very well very patiently. He could remember the names of the members of the group very well and it was amazing.
Marta was incredible! Super practical and pleasant! Highly recommended!
🌟 A 10/10 experience with Naturanda and their guide Juan Antonio 🌟 I have taken a tour of the Royal Palace and the Prado Museum with Naturanda and, without a doubt, it has been a fantastic experience. Juan Antonio achieves something that is not easy: making history simple, entertaining, and relatable. At the Royal Palace, he manages to strip away all that pomposity from the place and explain each room to you as if you were in your own home, telling the history in a clear and enjoyable way. And at the Prado Museum, even better. He does not limit himself to telling you who painted a picture or when it was made, but rather tells you the story behind each work, its characters, and even how it was created. He makes us visitors feel like part of the painting and see it with new eyes. All of this with a great deal of warmth, friendliness, and simplicity. 😊 Juan Antonio is a 10/10 guide: approachable, friendly, and with a way of conveying history that makes you want to keep listening to him. Without a doubt, a highly recommended visit. ❤️🏛️🎨 Thank you, Juan Antonio, for bringing history to life! 👏
My guide, Toni was amazing! Stepping through the doors of the Royal Palace feels like entering an era of peak royal power, where every hall was designed to impress foreign dignitaries and showcase absolute wealth. While the palace showcases how royalty lived, the Prado Museum (Museo del Prado) showcases what they collected. Widely considered one of the greatest art museums in the world, its collection focuses on deep masterworks rather than sheer volume. Beyond her deep knowledge, Toni was immensely engaging, continuously interacting with our group, taking questions on the fly, and keeping the energy high despite the large crowds. She knew every shortcut, precisely when to visit each major masterpiece to avoid bottlenecks, and made sure no one felt rushed.
Our tour was two tours combined. We started with a group of 19 in the morning. After the Royal palace tour 11 of the group departed. Only 4 did the city walking tour and we met the other 4 in the group in the afternoon for the Prado Museum. In the morning the tour started 30 minutes past the scheduled start time waiting for late arrivals and to complete check in. We also wasted a lot of time after the palace tour waiting as the guide checked out the people who were only there for the palace tour and not the whole day tour.
Hi, thank you very much for your feeback. We're really sorry to hear you had some inconveniences and we would like to express our most sincere apologies. Kind regards from Madrid.
Guide was very knowledgeable and good command of English . She should have carried a flag - it was hard to find her . Tour was long and tiring , but she did give us time for a quick snack and water
Marta was a wonderful guide and very funny. We learned a lot about the palace and greatly enjoyed the insight about the paintings at the prado.
A wonderful tour of a spectacular museum.
Two mind-blowing guided tours. Where history, beauty, and constant learning converge. I highlight the kindness, suitability, and charisma of Ángel. Our gratitude for making our visits unforgettable. I recommend these excursions.
