It was an unforgettable experience from start to finish, even when booking. I was able to contact their Service via WhatsApp and everything was very well organized. A beautiful car was waiting for us at the foot of our hotel, with a very friendly driver and guide and knowledgeable of the place. Upon arrival in Pompeii we were warmly welcomed by our guide, Luisa. His knowledge, his experience of the place, his bright and passionate nature made us live a timeless and fascinating moment. She knows everyone and Pompei by heart, which allowed us to avoid the crowds and see really special places. After lunch, the car was waiting for us to leave for Mount Vesuvius. During the journey everything was explained to us in a fun and pleasant way. Then back to Naples, comfortably settled. A big thank you
They reached out the day before and told us the Mt Vesuvius part of the trip had been cancelled and offered us an alternative activity instead but we declined and they confirmed they would issue a refund which we have not received yet. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would urge them to contact us and refund us immediately as promised. It was booked in my husband’s name and the date of the trip was 25th of September. Pompeii was much bigger than we expected and the tour felt rushed and upon reflection we would recommend getting there yourself and walk around yourself as you can buy an audio tour. Get there early for opening as it is busy especially around the main attractions.
Good morning , sorry about Anyway you didn't said the time passed there We make tour of 2h inside the ruiins. Maybe you are ubset about Vesuvius, unfortunally they closed it before that day no anymore ticket About refound just ask to us .

We were very satisfied with the services provided by this agency. Our group consisted of 14 people, and the guided tour of Pompeii was both informative and engaging. Lunch followed at a local restaurant where a minor issue arose, but the agency handled it promptly and in our favor. We concluded the day with a visit to Mount Vesuvius. Throughout the day, we were transported safely and comfortably by our driver. We highly recommend this agency.
