The pick up service was smooth and fuss free. The driver was waiting for us at the arrival gate and took us to the van which was very nearby. He was kind and welcoming to me and my family. Convenient and great way to get into the city especially when traveling with a big group. Definitely recommend using them!

When we arrived in Penang, while not a complicated city, I was thrilled to have our driver waiting for us. We didn't need to worry about having Malaysian currency, nor worry about where we were going. Highly recommend this ride from the airport!
