Baguettes and More!
This was such a fun activity and very informative. We learned about how integral the baguette is to Parisian life! The professional bakers were amazing to watch and the volume of bread they produce daily is astounding. Our guide, Temi, was superb. She was informative, lively and encouraging despite some of our less than perfect loaves. It is a small, but highly rated bakery in the Marais and we got to see the inner workings, roll our own baguettes and croissants and bake some delicious financiers. Everyone in our group loved this activity and we left with bread and baked goodies that we enjoyed during the following days. Highly recommend this activity.

Let’s Bake With A French Baker!
What a fun time with the Paris Baking Experience. We were greeted in the store and brought back into the working area of the bakery. It was great to see how things were done behind the scenes. We were given an apron, and hair net and were shown the correct way to wash your hands. Cleanliness is key. Our teacher/baker was fun and knowledgeable on the baking process. Two hours just flew by. We left with bags full of treats.
I highly suggest going for this class and learning the backside of a French bakery.

Best Baking Experience!
From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the Baker and instructed, educated and entertained! It was a wonderful experience and one I didn’t want to see end. It was a hands on instruction with a step by step approach. The Baker was full of history facts on each of the offerings we would make. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience!

Amazing tour !!!
This is an amazing tour! Temi was so great and we got so much stuff to bring back to hotel! We loved learning the history of the baguette, croissant and financier! Keep in mind you stand for entire tour and must descend down a very steep set of stairs. Highly recommended

Hands On and Tasty!
This class was both fun and tasty. We learned a bit of french food history regarding the bread, croissant, and financier, as well as how they are made. We also got to dig into the flour and make them, with plenty to take home! Our instructor Timmie (sorry is the spelling is incorrect) was a great hostess and very passionite about the food.

Baking in Paris
This was an amazing experience! David was very thorough in teaching us the process of making baguettes. This hands on experience was the best! David got my husband who never cooks at home to engage in making the baguettes, a sweet treat and rolling out croissants. I would recommend this to anyone who would enjoy having a hands on experience in an operational bakery kitchen.

Great experience for families
