This was a lot of fun! Our driver was great! Made us all laugh and stopped and some great places for bear sightings and waterfalls. Highly recommend.

This stop being the Salmon ladder is where you can watch the salmon migrating upstream to spawn during spawning season. (Salmon start spawning in July)

Here we will enjoy our magnificent black sand beaches! We get out and explore and beach comb! ( depending on the tide)
Herring Cove
Here we will enjoy and beautiful scenery looking for all types of wild animals, such as black bears,eagles,cranes, harbor seals, & different kinds of birds. (ANIMALS NOT GUARANTEED)
Ketchikan

Amazing experience!
We had an amazing experience with our tour guide. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She really made sure to play close attention and care to elderly father. We were able to see a bear which was certainly the highlight of the trip! Her personal experience and stories of the town made it even more memorable. Highly recommend!!

Sunny day in Ketchikan
Lexi was a delightful and energetic tour guide. Clean, comfortable transportation and good information about the area. Great way to see various aspects of Ketchikan and learn about daily life here from a local. Loved seeing bears, bald eagles, spawning salmon, and the coast.

Awesome tour, knowledgeable guide
My husband and I had an awesome time with John. We had booked the night before and were actually the only two on the tour so it was sort of like a private tour! We visited lots of different locations to get a feel for Ketchikan including the salmon run, a local beach, a waterfall, and a small cove where we saw a bear and her two cubs. We also saw an eagle and our guide pointed out nests we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. He was very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna and made our morning incredible.

Wildlife Viewing
Our tour guide, Lexie was awesome! She was very knowledgeable of the area, made a good judgment call to skip the beach and go to the river - where we saw 2 bears; otherwise we would have missed the bears. She also let us stayed at the site for a good amount of time and didn’t rush us. Lexie was very friendly, cheerful and excellent tour guide. Would definitely go on another tour with her. Thanks Lexie!
