Transportation showed up 20 minutes late for pickup. The driver was dressed in plain street clothes and not professionally dressed. She also drove very slow, which made the trip much longer than what it should have been. When we arrived to our destination city, she tried dropping us off on a random street two blocks away from our hotel. When we corrected her, she kept driving and pulled into an office building, we again had to correct her. On the third attempt she finally pulled into the hotel. Not sure how difficult it is to follow GPS.
