I wanted to learn how to make ramen properly so I took this course. I actually learned a lot, such as how to make teriyaki, and use a pasta machine. This won’t be useful just for making ramen. Just good cooking skills in general. The staff were very friendly and supportive and we had a lovely time together. That said, I went alone, and it would probably be really fun to do with a group of friends!

Fantastic experience and one of the highlights of our trip to Kyoto. The ramen class was a really nice break for my family which includes two boys 8 and 12. Our instructor Hiro was fantastic - extremely patient yet energetic and very entertaining. All of us including my 8 year old were able to make delicious ramen from scratch and learn about its history along the way. Highly recommend this experience.
