Amazing building
The building is absolutely beautiful. Our guide Ed was fantastic. He told us a lot of stores about Frank Woolworth and the building. A must see for New Yorkers.

An outstanding insight to both the building’s history and that of Frank Woolworth. Our guide, Ed’s knowledge and ability to answer any question that came his way was superb. If only today’s billionaires and the aptitude that FWW had! Highly recommend.

Highly Recommended!!
So very much worth the money. Our tour guide was "Ed" and he was very enthusiastic about the history of the building. Learned so much because it's obvious he has a lot of knowledge of history in general, not just about the building. Didn't feel rushed. Had lots of time for pix. His voice carried well so no trouble hearing what he was saying.

Great Introduction to Art Deco Architecture
I was so excited that they restarted the Woolworth Tours! My guide was Bob and he was very knowledgeable. There was a snafu with the booking system where both Untapped and the Woolworth Tours websites combined, so we had a pretty large group. That did not stop Bob! He was very attentive to everyone's needs and answered everyone's questions. This was a nice introduction to Art Deco and Gothic architecture in NYC. I was very pleased with the entire tour! I'll be looking into other tours especially the Christmas Tours!
