Ninh Binh Day Trip

After we were unfortunately left stranded without warning by our own tour operator, we turned to Lilly's Travel. Mina was very friendly and knowledgeable; she saved our trip to Ha Long Bay. The trip itself also went smoothly. I highly recommend this travel agency and Mina.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Amazing Ninh Binh Experience — Highly Recommended! Experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our family had an absolutely wonderful time exploring Ninh Binh! From start to finish, everything was well organized, smooth, and enjoyable. We visited Trang A for a beautiful 3-hour boat tour and climbed the 500 steps to Mua Cave, which gave us an incredible view. It was an unforgettable experience for our family! Admission Fee: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything was well arranged, and we appreciated how easy and stress-free the experience was. Length of Visit: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The amount of time was perfect. We had enough time to enjoy Trang An, take in the scenery, and experience Mua Cave without feeling rushed. Atmosphere: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely beautiful! The scenery at Trang A was breathtaking, and Mua Cave was well worth the climb. It was a perfect combination of nature, adventure, and family fun. Crowd Size: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Even with other visitors around, the tour was organized very well, and we were able to enjoy the experience comfortably. Staff: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A huge thank you to the entire team! Anh Long, our tour guide, was kind, friendly, patient, and wonderful with our family. He made the day fun and enjoyable. One phrase we will always remember is whenever we arrived at a destination, he would happily say, “Ding dong, we are here!” 😂 It became one of our favorite memories from the trip! Stella was absolutely incredible from the beginning. She did an amazing job setting up our tour and was friendly, professional, and responsive. Everything was organized so well, which made the entire experience much easier for our family. Lucy also played a major role in making our day so smooth. She made sure our driver arrived on time, our tour guide was there when needed, and that our family had everything we needed throughout the trip. I had a really wonderful experience here. The supporting staff, Mina and Min, were extremely kind, helpful, and caring throughout my stay. As I was a female solo traveller, I really appreciated how comfortable and well taken care of they made me feel.
