11.15AM: Continue the tour with 30 mins - cycling around the village to discover the life of local people. Notes: Cycling is not a professional activity and we are not professional cyclists, we are tourists. Cycling is extra services, just for fun & free, not included in the prices (Customers don't pay for Cycling services). It's a very small activity on the whole package, we don't focus on cycling activity. Pls note that: - Customers can skip cycling if don't know how to bike or too fat. - Customers don't bike can walk around to take photos or just relax at the restaurant to wait for others. - Bikes are not suite for children under 2 Years old. - Please check the bikes carefully before using, many tourists don't know how to use it, so they damage the bicycles. 11h45: Have lunch in the restaurant with a lot of local foods goat meat, fried rice…. 13h00: Visit Tam Coc by 1.5 hours by bamboo boat. During the boat trip, you will be surprised by the charming beauty here with paddy field, river, water, cloud,sky and stunning cave system. All make a masterpiece which Vietnamese people called “ Halong Bay on land”
16.00: Climbing up almost 500 steps of Mua cave area, you can reach to the top of Lying Dragon Mountain & have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc from here 17h00: Get on the bus to return to Hanoi. Around 19h30-19.45: Get dropped off at Hotels in Hanoi

Excellent tour! Ninh binh was beautiful and our guide Sunny was great! He was very funny, very helpful and had the trip well planned out to avoid peak times! Would recommend and would do again. Lots of vegetarian options for food too!
Our guide Sunny (Vũ) and our driver Tian gave us a fantastic day trip to Ninh Binh. I am so glad I went with this company because I noticed there were a lot of other large bus tours but ours was timed so perfectly specifically to avoid crowds and impending rain. I was so worried about the weather I almost cancelled but I'm so glad I did not. The overcast sky made the boat ride much more enjoyable. Our guide and driver made sure we had multiple bathroom stops and places for drinks and snacks. The tour does, as mentioned, have biking and hiking components but if you're not physically able to, both locations have places to sit, relax and have a food or drink. As for the lunch, it was buffet style and at least was vegetarian based. They also had fish, goat, chicken, tofu and I believe beef options as well, so something for everyone. For a tip, everyone goes to the left side on the hike to get to a higher viewpoint with a dragon. If you have time, do both, but if you're not able to or want to have better pictures, take the right hand turn to go up the mountain side with the pagoda. Less people go up that side and there's not a major difference in viewpoints but you can have more space to enjoy the top with less people.

We had a wonderful day with our tour guide Sunny. During the bus ride, he provided a lot of interesting information about Vietnam, the culture, and its history. He is a great story teller! The bike ride around the town was a lot of fun and we really enjoyed the boat ride. The area is beautiful. The hike was tough but definitely worth the view. Thank you for the great day Sunny!
My boyfriend and I booked this Ninh Binh tour very last minute, and we’re so happy we did. Sunny reached out almost immediately and coordinated everything perfectly from start to finish. It was one of the smoothest and most efficient tours we’ve ever been on — on time, organized, and somehow effortless despite being a full 12-hour day. What we appreciated most was Sunny himself who is incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and more than anything, a genuinely good teacher. I’m not someone who easily retains information easily, but the way he shared Vietnam’s history and culture was engaging, and incredibly easy to follow. He had a wonderful way of putting things into perspective for those traveling through Vietnam who may not yet have a proper understanding of the history, culture, and everyday life here. We’re so appreciative of both Sunny and our driver, Hoa, for giving us such a wonderful experience. Twelve hours very well spent, and we sincerely hope we have another opportunity to tour with the two of them again.

I cant stress how awesome this whole day trip was. Easy pickup to start where we met Sunny (Vu) who was a fantastic tour guide. The whole day he was funny, informative and so helpful. The bus was super comfortable for the 2 hour trip from Hanoi to Ninh Binh with a stop halfway for a bathroom. The first temple was great walking, the boats were great quality with even better views but the walk to the top of Lying Dragon Mountain was the #1 part of the day. The trip cant come more recommended. Value for money, service and a blast of a day!
