Your Niagara adventure begins at Casino Niagara Falls, where you’ll meet your friendly local guide. From there, enjoy an easy 500m walk total on a mix of paved sidewalks and natural park paths through the stunning Oakes Garden Theatre.
Built into the natural contours of the landscape, Oakes Garden features a curved pergola overlooking a central amphitheater, plus a serene Japanese-style garden with a lily pond and charming wishing bridge—a tranquil escape in the heart of Niagara Falls.
Continue along the scenic Niagara Parkway for epic views of the American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and Horseshoe Falls, with stories, legends, and insider tips from your guide. The tour ends at Niagara City Cruises—poncho on, then board Voyage to the Falls for an unforgettable ride into the mist.
In summer, don’t miss our special Fireworks Walk & Cruise experience—an 8:45 PM departure offered on weekends only.

Horrible Customer Service for Niagara Falls Walking Tour
Please do not purchase tickets for the Niagara Falls walking tour from Gray Line Toronto and Niagara Falls. If something comes up at the last minute and you try to cancel the booking, you will not be able to. I called 24 hours before the event, saying I couldn't make it to Niagara Falls the next day because I was ill. My refund request was rejected. Horrible and unfair customer service. I lost $91 and received nothing from the tour operator.

Niagara Falls is worth the trip!
Our tour guide (who told us to call him Phil) was very friendly and informative. He was very relaxed and was quite happy to answer our questions. The tour, including the boat trip, took about an hour and ten minutes. It would probably take longer if the city was busier, I.e. during the summer, due to crowds on the street and queueing for the boat. Because we visited in October there wasn’t a queue. The information provided about Niagara and the falls was interesting, but there wasn’t anything mind-blowing. He actually got some of the figures wrong regarding the height of the falls etc. If we came back we would probably skip the tour and just do the boat ride, which you can book and pay for on arrival. The boat ride was definitely the highlight of our trip to Niagara; prepare to get soaked!

Perfect in every way!!
We just traveled here 9/28/2026. This 1 hour excursion was the perfect amount of time for my husband, myself & our 3 kids- 10, 8 & 1 years old. Our tour guide Philipe (Phil from Brazil) walked us through the Japanese garden- telling stories & talking about the history through the garden & about Niagra Falls. That lasted about 30 mins & then we made our way to the boat for our ride to the horseshoe falls. Which was about 20-30 mins. Phil was great explaining everything we needed to know & guiding our way. We loved his stories & jokes. 10/10 recommend!!

A nice 30 min stroll through the park with some history. The guide buys the boat tickets and distributes them at the end of the walking tour. The boat leaves approx every 15 mins so you can go at your leisure.

Great value and tour
Had a great time with Felipe, a great guide who's originally from Brazil. The walk was beautiful, and the guide had great explanations about the history. He printed the tickets for the boat ride and after a short wait we saw the superb falls. If you want to take a fun tour but don't want to spend 6-7 hours of your day, look no further. Meeting point was adjacent to the hard rock Cafe and was very convenient. 10/10
