Guided Walking Tour Start Point: All guests must meet the tour guide OUTSIDE the Casino Niagara at 5847 Falls Ave, Niagara Falls, ON (right next to the Hard Rock Café by Casino Niagara Falls Ave. entrance only) Do NOT go to the boat without your tour guide. This tour does NOT start at the boat. Kindly arrive 10-15 minutes prior to tour start time - tour leaves promptly at departure time.

They charged me 500$ for boat line and took the money and didn’t book ticket, didn’t reimburse me back
very little tour, most information already available, tour pkg should get you on the boat as a group not make you stand in line for 2 hours. I could have bought a ticket and done it myself cheaper.
The walking part was nice, but can be done on your own when you stay in Niagara. Booking this tour, it touted you didn't have to wait in line, and that was Not the case. The line was out of control, and the group of us just cut in front of people after our tour guide basically said she was done with the tour.
