Itinerary
Your first stop will be a view of the magnificent Niagara Falls. Where every year millions of visitors stand close to the thundering water rushing over the brink of the Horseshoe Falls! Not only is Table Rock right at the Falls itself, but there's plenty to do once you get there. You will be treated with an up-close view of the Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls from the Table Rock welcoming center for the best selfies and family pictures.
Journey Behind the Falls is a year-round attraction that offers an unique view of the Falls from below and behind. Visitors descend 150 ft. by elevator, where a short tunnel (150 ft.) gives access to two outdoor observation decks and two portals located directly behind the Falls. At Journey Behind the Falls, you`ll experience the awesome spectacle of one-fifth of the world’s fresh water crashing down to the basin below. During summer daylight hours, over 2,800 cubic meters of water thunders over the brink every second, travelling 65 kilometers per hour! Your Journey Behind the Falls visit will take 30 to 45 minutes and in the spring and summer months, you`ll receive a free souvenir biodegradable rain poncho as protection from the mist of the Falls. Elevators descend 150 feet through bedrock to tunnels that lead and to the Cataract Portal and the Great Falls Portal which is one third of the way behind the massive sheet of water. Then you walk on to the Upper and Lower Observation Decks at the very foot of the Falls. Posters of information are a great resource of information about the history and evolution of the hallways you walk through. Journey Behind the Falls is an iconic Niagara Falls experience, make sure you take a waterproof camera. (tickets available to purchase)
The intricate designs on the face of the Floral Clock are created with up to 16,000 carpet bedding plants and are changed twice each year. The planted face of the Floral Clock is maintained by Niagara Parks horticulture staff, while the mechanism inside is kept in working order by Ontario Hydro.
Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Heritage District offers beautiful shopping, where our visitors are often found strolling. Revisit the glamour of the 1920’s and 30’s and find your perfect hat at Beau Chapeau. Canada’s oldest year-round holiday emporium.
Scenic picture stop at Whirlpool Aerocar. The Whirlpool Aero car was designed by a Spanish engineer, Leonardo Torres Quevedo and has been in operation since 1916. The cable car is suspended from six sturdy cables and offers a wonderful view of the Niagara Whirlpool which is formed at the end of the rapids where the gorge turns abruptly counterclockwise and the river escapes through the narrowest channel in the gorge. High above the racing Niagara River, you'll be transported through the air in an antique cable car. Far below, the torrent of water abruptly changes direction and creates one of the world’s most mesmerizing natural phenomenon – the Niagara Whirlpool. Sometimes frightening and always unforgettable!
The Sir Adam Beck I Generating Station (GS) has provided clean, renewable electricity to Ontario for nearly 100 years. When it was opened by Sir Adam Beck on Dec. 28, 1921, the Queenston-Chippawa Development (as it was known between 1922 and 1950) was the largest hydroelectric power station in the world. At the peak of construction more than 10,000 people worked on the project.

We booked direct with Zoom. Easy booking and they kept us updated with reminders and accurate details about pick up location etc. We were picked up on time by Johnny, he was our driver and guide for the day. And what a great guy. He was very informative, chatty, funny, friendly, welcoming and a wealth of knowledge. He was a genuinely good guy who clearly enjoyed his job. The tour itself was fantastic, we did it on a Sunday morning so traffic was quiet and queues were short as we arrived early. We were lucky enough to have 30C weather and pure sunshine so we dried off after the boat trip pretty quick. YOU WILL GET WET even with the ponchos. A day we will never forget, The Falls, The Boat Trip and Johnny - what a legend, made it truly memorable. Highly recommended. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Review for Zoom Tours Niagra Falls and Tour Guide, Garry First, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our personable, kind, respectful, knowledgable, and hospitable tour guide, Garry, with Zoom Tours to Niagra Falls on July 15th, 2026. Garry had a great sense of humor while also being earnest. We learned a lot, laughed often, and enjoyed the other tourists on our bus. The bus however, was advertised by Zoom Tours as: "Transportation by luxury minibus or motorcoach”. As a former teacher who has taken students on numerous field trips, this was nothing fancier than a school bus: the vinyl seats were horribly uncomfortable, and unlike a school bus, had no seatbelts. To make matters worse, it appeared that the bus had zero shock absorption and poor suspension, as every nook, cranny, and bump were felt the entire trip. There were countless instances that all of us were jarred forward or up from our seats, through no fault of our driver. Fifteen minutes into the tour the microphone began to produce annoying static until it eventually broke and did not come back on until the last quarter of the trip on the way back, which was still annoying because it was still producing static, making what the driver said undecipherable. We received a solicitous email from Zoom Tours after the tour requesting a review. I sent them a private email with the details in this review and they replied with an apology for our disappointment, an explanation, "due to an unexpected equipment change on the day of your tour, we had to substitute the originally scheduled vehicle to avoid cancelling the tour altogether". While I can appreciate "last minute" problems, this company also states that customers must give 24 hours cancellation notice in order to receive a full refund. We did not receive ANY notice of a change in "equipment", therefore not giving us a chance to proceed or cancel our tour. Zoom Tours' offer of a "small token of $50 Canadian Dollars" does not match the $294.68 U.S. dollars that we paid for something that we did not sign up for. We are very disappointed that Zoom Tours did not provide us with a choice to cancel as well their lack of adequate compensation for the many uncomfortable hours we spent on the full day bus tour to and from Toronto and Niagra Falls. I've since learned that this is not a "first" with Zoom Tours. According to Google, there are others who have complained about a last minute change in lesser vehicles than advertised, as well.
Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We’re very pleased to hear that Garry made a positive impression with his knowledge, hospitality, professionalism, and sense of humour, and we will be sure to share your kind comments with him. At the same time, we sincerely apologize that the vehicle provided did not meet the standard you expected based on the tour description. An unexpected vehicle substitution was required that day in order to operate the tour, but we completely understand your concern that this change was not communicated to you beforehand. We also regret the discomfort caused by the vehicle and the microphone malfunction, which clearly affected your ability to enjoy Garry’s commentary throughout the day. We also understand your disappointment with the compensation offered and appreciate your perspective that you should have been given clearer information before the tour began. Your comments regarding vehicle standards, advance communication, and equipment checks are being taken seriously and will be reviewed with our operations team. We truly regret that these issues overshadowed what should have been a comfortable and memorable Niagara Falls experience, and we appreciate your honest feedback. Hussain Manager, Zoom Tours
Again another great tour and TOUR GUIDE!! Anthony was very helpful and understanding. When people amde a mistake by not listening to him - he would not get upset, but would turn around and help them to make sure they got all of there tour in (maybe out of order). We truely enjoyed the falls - it is worth going.
Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad you had another great tour and that Anthony stood out for his patience, helpfulness, and understanding throughout the day. It’s especially nice to hear that he made the extra effort to help guests stay on track and enjoy all parts of the experience, even when plans needed to be adjusted. We’re delighted you truly enjoyed Niagara Falls and felt it was well worth the visit. Thank you for choosing Zoom Tours! Hussain Manager, Zoom Tours

My wife and I usually take a tour when we travel to someplace we haven't been before, so when we booked a trip to Toronto to visit Niagara Falls, we hired Zoom tours through Viator. Our tour guide was Johnny, and I'm not exaggerating when I say he's by far the best tour guide we've had - and we've had quite a few. He has an extensive knowledge of the area, including all the back roads and shortcuts that helped keep us from getting stuck in Toronto's considerable traffic. But that's not all: he's also a funny, engaging sort who kept everyone laughing through the whole trip to the falls and back. Makes sense, since he spent a couple of years singing and doing comedy on a cruise ship. But he's also extremely well-traveled, and can not only tell you the history of Toronto and its little-known fun facts, but pretty much every place else as well. We expected just another ho-hum tour, but we were treated to an entertaining and educational experience that turned out to be the high point of our trip. Now, when we're stuck in traffic, my wife and I ask, WWJD - What Would Johnny Do?
Thank you for such an incredible review! We’re thrilled Johnny made your Niagara Falls trip both entertaining and educational. We hope to welcome you on another Zoom Tours adventure soon. Warm regards, The Zoom Tours Team
