Awesome city/history bike tour of New Orleans
The bike tour was great. Highly recommend ! Mavis was our guide and she was super knowledgeable about the history of the City and lots of fun little facts. The bikes are easy to ride. The terrain is flat so anyone worried about that should not. She answered all the questions we had. You will see a lot of areas you might not see on your own.

We lucked out by being the only group so we had an unplanned private tour with Mavis. Great time and way to cover a lot of ground. Mavis is super knowledgeable and even though I’ve been coming to New Orleans for years, learned quite a bit more history! Highly recommend!

Nice tour, but don't trust the signage to find the place.
The bike tour was good. And Mavis was a wonderful guide, full of historical knowledge. BUT the location is extremely hard to locate. There is a small sign, which is hard to see, on what looks like an abandoned lot. We drove by the place three times and couldn't find it. The contact number was not answered after three tries. And the emails weren't answered. We almost gave up, and finally got a call from the guide. This excursion is not up to Viator standards until the owner has proper signage, so that tourists can connect. I thought it was a scam.
Operator response
We're sorry you had difficulty finding us but glad you enjoyed the tour. Mavis is a wonderful guide.
New Orleans is a historic city and has guidelines to follow for signage. It's not always easy to see our sign when driving by but once you enter our parking lot you can't miss it. We do send out detailed arrival instructions but we know with a 3rd party reseller they sometimes get lost in the mix.
Phone calls can sometimes go unanswered as we are interacting with guests at 2 locations but I did reach out the second I saw your email. Apologies again for the difficulty you experienced.

5⭐️Bike Tour
My friend and I had an amazing tour with Tanya! She was very knowledgeable about the history of the city and great places to eat. Since our tour group was small Tanya showed us a lot of local places and neighborhoods, showed us a festival, and the French Market. We got the true New Orleans experience that you wouldn’t get on a bus or walking around.
