We offer Airboat Tours in a private swamp. Our tour location is about 35 minutes from downtown New Orleans. You will board one of our state-of-the-art modern airboats specially designed for us. Your captain will give you information about the animals that reside here as well as other educational information about the swamps. This is a half high speed ride with a mixture of history with it, our tour on the boat last approx. 1 hour 30 minutes. We offer hotel pickup of you could drive out to our location.

Had a younger guide, Garrett and he was a great guy. Took the small boat and shuttle pickup. If you get right behind the guide on the way to the boat you can load up in the front and it’s like you’re out there on a personal tour. Saw a ton of gators, and even babies. Just make sure you hold on to your stuff, because I lost a water bottle and felt bad for littering!
Recommend the trip from beginning to end! Bri was our shuttle driver, who picked us up in a clean & air conditioned van. She was welcoming & informative. Once dropped off, it took us a few minutes to check in & be assigned to a boat. Our driver’s name was Jeff, and his personality was perfectly matched to the day! He was knowledgeable, and had fun stories about all the gators we “met”. Overall, just a really great experience! The one tip I wish I had known was to sit in the front if you can for better pictures.

This fan boat tour had to have been the highlight of our trip. All the drivers are super knowledgeable. Hats off to our driver as he made the experience that much more unforgettable. There is something special about those swamplands and the way they protect those gators. Highly recommend 10 out of 10 experience!

Captain Mike was a blast, very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and seems to really enjoy sharing information and a lot of laughs with his guests. Very comfortable, safely operated, and highly enjoyable outing, saw tons of gators, has names for many of them, even called RayCharles out from the thick grasses to come out by us, just a hoot and gives you a sense of how incredible these majestic critters really are. Had an amazing time a true highlight of our stay in NOLA. I’d love to go fishing with Captain Mike and spend more time with him to get some insight to the local fishery. I will always come back here to bring others to have a great time as well.
