Had a fun time with Zelda on our 10 am cemetery tour. If I could I would encourage others to get the perpetual care package for future loved ones buried in New Orleans
Loved our guide!!! He was so great at telling history/stories. Ive been on several tours here & this has been the best by far!
Hi Charrie, we’re thrilled you enjoyed the tour and your guide's storytelling! It’s wonderful to know that we could provide you with a memorable experience. We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again for more adventures!
Rahsaan was our tour guide and he was so engaging and informative. We learned so many things about the rich culture of New Orleans. This is a MUST do! You will not be disappointed. We took our tour at 2:30PM. If you can scheduled your tour in the morning hours during the brutal heat of summer. They did have misting tents to alleviate some of the heat. Thank you again for the tour!
The experience was absolutely incredible. We’ve had an amazing tour guide that was full of great information. Thank you for the experience.
Alan was an incredible guide!
Hi Straycat757, Alan truly brings the experience to life with his knowledge and enthusiasm. We're thrilled you enjoyed the tour! Your feedback means a lot to us.
My friends and I was so excited to do the cemetery walk. When we arrived we went to check in and gave are wrist bands and told us that are time slot was not yet and to go look around. While we were waiting they kept calling out and I walk up to the lady at the counter just to make sure if we should be in that group and she said no. It would be the next group so we sat back down. When they called the next group we got up and waited when the tour guide came around he looked at out band and told us that we should have gone with the group before. When I mentioned that I asked the lady at the counter she told us the next group. The tour guide told us that we could not join that group because there needs to be a limit per group and when I asked if we could just join the group before they said no. He told me to go talk to the ladies at the counter so we did and they told us that we would have to join another group but that would not be until later that day. I said that would not work and I asked for a refund and the lady told me she gave me my money back but I never recieved anything. If You do this please just know you have a color band and that if you are not sure please at the tour guy and not the lady's at the counter so this does not happen to you. This was the main thing I was looking forward to doing on my trip to New orleans
Hi Mindy, we’re sorry this experience was so disappointing, especially when the cemetery tour was something you were really looking forward to during your visit. There was clearly confusion during the check-in process, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to miss your scheduled group as a result. Please email info@citysightseeingneworleans.com so we can locate your reservation and look into the status of the refund.
Was a little fast paced. Guide (Deni) was great but the way it was structured was fast paced. I would like to have an hour to go see the tombs I want to see and just take it all in.
Mama Nita was great! She was very knowledgeable and entertaining to listen to. I would highly recommend this tour.
Great tour, very informative. 1 hr was the perfect amount of time considering the August heat! I wish there is a different way other than cash to leave gratuity. I didn’t have any cash on me nor did I have time to go to the ATM since arrived right before the tour started.
Hi Brenda, we’re glad you enjoyed the tour and found it informative! We appreciate your feedback about gratuity options and will look into it for the future. Your experience matters to us, and we hope to see you again soon!
The tour guide was condescending and impatient. Ask a simple question and you’re treated like you’re stupid. It was really weird and he made it very awkward for everyone. He set the tone from the start and no one asked questions for the remainder of the tour. I would recommend others to do it because it’s historical and really cool to see in person, but hopefully you have a nicer and patient tour guide.
