Mine and my partners experience was amazing! I definitely recommend getting the VIP hellvision, it truly brought the stories alive. Our tour guide was absolutely amazing, and very theatrical which both me and my partner really enjoyed. This isn’t your typical ghost tour, its an experience with rich history. Fun, Quirky time well spent seeing the French Quarter - a fun, non-traditional tour! 7pm as a great time because we could see the architecture and the streets were not as busy as they got after dark.

Very Disappointing Tour Experience Unfortunately, this tour was a major disappointment. From the beginning, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. The tour guide appeared to be intoxicated, which was extremely concerning and made me uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the guide could not locate or confirm my reservation, leaving us confused and standing outside for an extended period of time. We spent far too much time waiting around instead of enjoying the experience we had paid for. I understand that things can occasionally go wrong, but the combination of the guide’s apparent condition, the inability to locate our reservation, and the excessive waiting made this experience unacceptable. I expected a professional, organized, and enjoyable tour, and unfortunately, that is not what we received. I would appreciate an explanation and consideration for a refund or other appropriate resolution.
Hi Brenda, thanks for sharing your feedback, and we're sorry to hear you weren't happy with your experience. We were with your guide right up until a moment before you arrived and can confidently say he was not intoxicated or displaying anything that might suggest that, so we're not sure where you got that impression. There was a temporary issue with the booking software we use that made it difficult to pull up any bookings (though no fault of his) but that was resolved well before the time of the tour. You and all of the other guests were still checked in well before the scheduled start time so that did not delay anything. Even if it didn't take a few extra minutes to pull up your booking, the tour would still have started at the exact same time it did yesterday. When looking into this, we also noticed that the other guests on the same tour with you yesterday have already posted great feedback here about the guide and the tour itself. If the tour had actually been impacted by the temporary challenge with accessing bookings then we would be happy to provide appropriate compensation, but everything happened on time and as advertised.
The 8pm tour was awesome! Lots of history & spooky facts with stops at very memorable locations. The mid-point break at LaFittes bar was phenomenal- try the purple drink, it’s amazing!
