The sacred tree of seven cedars called “Shichi-hon Sugi" is very famous. All seven of these cedars are more than 1,200 years old. They are certified as Yamanashi natural monuments. On the main approach to the shrine, there is a large torii gate with a height of 18m, and the road is lined with big cedar trees. This row of the big cedar is a natural monument of Fujikawaguchiko-machi. There are big trees in this precinct more than 100 of them as well as Big Seven Cedars, so it has a solemn atmosphere.

If you are looking for a guide in the Mount Fuji area, book Toru! He is professional, deeply knowledgeable, and accommodating to families. He tailored the day exactly to our interests and gave us fantastic local tips, including a must-try recommendation for authentic Hoto noodles. We couldn't have asked for a better, more stress-free guide for our time at Fuji.
Thank you for your excellent review of our Mt. Fuji tour. I am glad to hear you enjoyed it. Your family's amazed smiles and breathtaking expressions as you watched Mt. Fuji from the Chureito Pagoda remain a memorable moment for me. I am also delighted that you enjoyed the Hoto noodles at my favorite restaurant. There are many more places for nature lovers in the Mt. Fuji and neighboring areas, so I would be pleased to have another chance to take you to more local, traditional places related to Mt. Fuji's natural worship. Please keep in touch! Best regards, Toru
We had an incredible time exploring Mount Fuji with our tour guide, Shun! He was knowledgeable, very friendly and accommodating. Really happy that he took us to many beautiful spots, making sure we saw the best views and hidden gems (the last time we came here, we didn’t managed to because of the crowd). The trip was well-organised, and Shun’s enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Mount Fuji!
Thank you for the review. I’m so glad to hear that. It was fun for me too in Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi tour. I guess you had taken some good pictures specially in Oshino Hakkai, Fuji Panoramic ropeway and Kitaguchi Sengen Jinja Shine. Have a good time in Japan! Shun
