The beginning and meetup for the tour was really confusing. It was not operated by Šugaman tours as Tripadvisor says but instead it was operated by Grey line. Also the meetup point had conflicting information. After we got in touch with the operator and got correct location for the meetup point it was really good. Although the roads to Bosnia and Hertzegovina border are highway the scenes are really good. For EU residents the border crossing is easy but non-EU residents it took some time and pictures etc. Pocitelj wasn't too crowded as we were the first tourists to arrive for that day. Mostar was the highlight of the trip. The national foods were really good and the local coffee was amazing. Beaware that almost all shops and restaurants require payment in cash. If you don't have cash, ask beforehand if they accept card payment. Basically all places accept euros and some also accept dollars. Lastly we visited Kravice falls. It was beautiful location but in august really crowded. Here also everything is cash only. The trip to Bosnia and Hertzegovina was worth it. In Mostar we had a local guide who had good restaurant and coffee recommendations. She was also really knowledgeable about the history of Mostar as she had lived in the city for a long time and also during the 90s.
It's a very nice experience. You can visit Mostar and know somthing about of history of Hezegovina capital.
It was a beautiful experience especially in Mostar. The tour guide has a great sense of humour and very knowledgeable. The drive was safe and the car was fully airconditioned.
Overall, we are glad we went on this tour but given the location of Split and Mostar a lot of the tour was transit between the locations sitting on a hot, cramped bus with many other people. Mostar was beautiful and our local tour guide was great. We didn't have enough time at either of the other stops to really enjoy them. Kravice was beautiful but the trek down and back up was pretty brutal in the heat and there wasn't enough time to swim. Our tour guide on the bus and our bus driver were both very friendly.
You need to tell us what to bring. And exactly where to meet. And that you are affiliated with Grey Line Tours.
Fantastic day trip. Comfortable bus, friendly and engaging guides who take you through Mostar and the falls. Fantastic day trip to take when in split.
Good tour with the main attraction and highlight for us being visiting Mostar. Very knowledgeable guide who shared some interesting experiences about the Yugoslav Wars. Would have liked more time in Počitelj and I didn't think Kravice Waterfalls were the hidden gem they were made out to be and not worth the 15 euro pp entrance fee. For non-EU nationals - prepare yourself for the long drawn out process of crossing out and then back into the EU. Lots of passport checking, photo taking and standing around before being allowed back on the bus!
Good day done. Laura was our guide, very gentle, nice and clever. There was enough stops for toilet visits and buying themselves food and drink. But bring a bottle of water before the trip begins, and it is advisable not to be hungry at the start if you are not going to spend all the time at the first stop to get food. Stop 1; go up to the tower, the view is gorgeous! Stop 2: Surprisingly lots of people, everywhere. Choose the things that sound best, you can't reach the entire city at the measured time. The guide you meet first offers interesting history, and does not last so long that it becomes too much. Mostar is much cheaper than Split and there are very many restaurants. We chose one at the small bridge, where it was quiet, very cheap, and lovely local food and beer. There are stalls with souvenirs and clothes everywhere, and fake brands are sold, both bags, sunglasses, perfumes and various other things. We didn't spend time on this. We also reached wine tasting (16 euro per pers), a ride up the highest church tower (3 euro per pers) and a small boat trip on the river under the big bridge (10 euro per pers). The church tower was not worth it, but each taste. Mostar is a very beautiful city with exciting history. Stop 3: here there is a little little time, but enough to swim. No places to switch to swimwear near the water. Use the toilet that is on top of this before you walk down all the stairs. Lovely bath temperature, colder than the sea.
The tour company forgot to pick me up for the tour despite instructing me where the pickup location was, confirming I was in the right place and telling me the tour bus was stuck in traffic. Kind of ruined my last day in town. They did apologize and promptly process the refund. But a totally unacceptable experience.
Comfortable bus took us to a variety of places in Bosnia Herzegovina. It was a long but enjoyable experience.
