Unclear information and no communication
We arrived 15 minutes early to the marked meeting location. No one else was at the meeting spot and I did not see a bus so I messaged and called the provider to verify we were in the correct location. I did not get a response or no one answered my phone calls. We saw the bus stop from a far and figured maybe the meeting point was supposed to be marked at the actual bus stop. We walked over to the bus stop while I was still trying to get a hold of the provider with no answer. We got to the stop at 6:15 and I believe the bus we saw that was potentially ours just pulled off right when we showed up.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the meeting point. All other scheduled pick-ups were completed as planned, with the driver arriving at the designated meeting points at the scheduled times and collecting the other guests. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the exact pick-up location. We regret that this resulted in you missing the departure and hope we can welcome you on a future occasion.

Worthwhile trip to Bosnia from Croatia.
I booked this trip to Mostar and Kravica waterfalls with Viator from Trogir. Our guide Petar was friendly and approachable. This trip went through the border into Bosnia and Herzegovina, and our guide ensured a straightforward crossing across the border at the start and end of the trip. We spend most of our time in Mostar, and a local guide was provided for Mostar. It is an interesting area with plenty of places to eat and plenty of souvenirs shops. Kravica waterfalls are beautiful, and it is nice going for a swim by the waterfalls. At the end of the trip, I requested that I be dropped off by Split airport, and they facilitated my request. I arrived over two hours before my flight. My flight was after 10pm that evening. I wouldn’t book this trip on the same day as you are flying out unless you have a very late flight, since the timings can be quite tight.

Bosnia and Herzegovina is stunning.
Great trip with some beautiful sights. Despite the rain, our tour guide Ivanka kept up the energy and kept us on track throughout the day with a great dose of history and info. This was definitely worth the long day - great to come at the end of tourist season where everything was not so busy.

Great tour into Bosnia & Herzegovina
Was a wonderful trip into Bosnia & Herzegovina from Split to see the town of Mostar and the waterfalls at Kravica. Tour has a first stop across the border at Čapljina, where you either have time to enjoy some Bosnian coffee and something to eat or take a hike up the hill to the Počitelj Fortress. While Tin is the main tour guide, he hands over to Philip for the hour guide around Mostar before you have a couple of free hours to spend, which is enough time to see the town and the bridge along with navigating against the wave of tourist also doing a guided tour. The Kravica waterfalls are impressive to see, but the path down is not the best, so do wear decent shoes. Unlike other waterfalls, this is not a nature reserve, but very much a place where the locals go to avoid the heat since there is no beach. The place can be crowded and has a lot of kiosks and bars at the bottom so don’t expect solitude. Still, I do recommend this trip and it is worth coming to visit Bosnia & Herzegovina as this country has been through a lot in the past 30 years, and its scars from the war are still visible today. Tin was an excellent tour guide, really friendly and approachable and very much there to help you get the most out of the trip.

A day trip which went in so fast it felt like an hour!
Our trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina was amazing, if you are anyway hesitate to visit this country don’t be! Our tour guide Barry was amazing from the first minute to the last ensuring we were very well looked after and also provided local history on places we drove past on our way to Bosnia and then a brief history of the country as we entered into it after the border. Along with his funny wit which kept the bus entertained, he also made several suggestions of what to see/do/eat in the locations we stopped in! Overall a 10/10 day and experience!

Great taster day trip for Bosnia Herzegovina
Great tour with Barry and our driver. Plenty of relevant information given, and went the extra mile to help. Efficient through border control.
Spectacular scenery as you would expect, and all in all, a great taster for Bosnia Herzegovina.

Day Trip
Trip was a nice time. Mia was our tour guide within the bus but once we were in Herzegovina Phillip was our guide. Both were very informative and helpful. The ride was smooth drive thanks to the bus driver Dale. The village of Pocitlj could have been skipped there really isn’t much to do there but you can have coffee and baklava there. Mostar was very nice to see. The city is extremely hot so come prepared for that. It’s not in the description but make sure to bring a swimsuit so you can bathe at the waterfalls. Overall a very good trip.

Fun day out
Was really good an exciting tour so fun going over the border except waiting over an hour at the border doing customs which was faster than normal and it doesn’t mention a warning at all it’s a very regular thing it’s not there fault but it takes away from Alote of the trip so I think it should be mentioned somewhere tour guide Mia was good
Operator response
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your review! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the tour and had a good time with Mia. We understand that waiting at the border can be frustrating, but unfortunately, the waiting time depends on border control and is something we cannot control. Thank you for your understanding and for joining us!
Kind regards,
