Tina was absolutely AMAZING. So organised, knew her information and very pleasant and lovely to deal with.
Excellent, knowledgeable guides. Modern and clean coach. Well run tour to two fantastic places.
Good trip. Recommend bringing cash. Tina was a very good tour guide.
Tina was a fantastic host from the very beginning. Her communication was excellent, from providing clear meeting instructions to sending helpful reminders throughout the process. Compared to other tour guides I’ve experienced in Dubrovnik, she was exceptionally friendly, approachable, and relaxed. She made the trip to Bosnia truly enjoyable, while also sharing plenty of useful and interesting facts about both Bosnia and Dubrovnik. Her knowledge, combined with her warm personality, made the experience even more memorable.
Was an exceptional experience. Learned new information, saw breathtaking views and experienced a new place the way it should be experienced, through food, being amongst the people and indulging in the environment. Highly recommended.
Great experience. Mostar is a beautiful city and the waterfalls were amazing. Be careful , it’s very crowded.
Great day trip. Early start but the whole day was really well organised. The coach was very comfortable (able to catch up on sleep!) and Rico the driver was great at handling all the windy roads. 1st bus at the border and our guide Mirta and Rico were great dealing with the control officers for us all. Mostar was beautiful and plenty of time to do what you wanted and then on to the waterfalls for a hours swim. Mirta was great and she gave us a loads of information on the history, culture, economy etc of the country which was very interesting. Would recommend this trip.
Great experience from start to finish, Tina ran the tour like a military operation! It is an early start but that got us to the border as the first coach for both legs so very little time was lost there. The brief stop for breakfast after crossing the border was thoughtful, as most people wouldn’t have had any breakfast due to the early start. The guide at Mostar was very knowledgeable and gave a good history in a short tour of the town. Could have done with headphones as it was a large group and it was a struggle to hear her at times. The recommended lunch place was ok but good value. It was the right amount of time at Mostar but could have done with a bit more at the waterfalls. It was very busy and it does take a while to walk down to it and back up again and didn’t see the train service when we were there otherwise we’ve could’ve used that to save some time. Useful tip: there’s a section of the water falls to the far left (furthest in) which has a nicer backdrop and you can get close to it as well for better photos plus it’s close to a cafe!
Our guide, Tina, was very nice, very well informed about the sites that we visited. The trip was well organized, the schedule was respected. I like that they picked us up from a spot really close to our accomodation. It would have been nice to have more time to spend at the waterfalls. I think one hour and a half is not enough time to truely enjoy what that place has to offer.
The trip was interesting, guide was very profesional and helpfull.
