Good- but safety concerns

The check in was easy and friendly; However the following can improve; - the waiver link sent by email does not work; - the bikes were not up to par- specifically , one developed an air leak and at conclusion of ride, ride was flat - e-bike throttles were disconnected resulting in in burst of acceleration anytime pedals engaged; this makes bike control around corners DC tourists , unsafe - guide needs to engage more and speak louder; Otherwise, great tour and a great way to see all the monuments around the 'mall'

Great trip, great guide Benham

Benham was a terrific guide! Very friendly, knowledgeable. Evening tour was great for a hot summer … still lots of sweat! But would do it again.

Avoid Unlimited Bikes and Viator

They take your money readily enough, but after that, customers are left to fend for themeselves. The bike tour I booked was canceled by Unlimited Bikes but, despite asking multiple times of both Unlimited Bikes (via phone) and Viator (via email) for confirmation of the cancelation and a refund, neither have bethemselves. I will not be engaging with either of them again.

See DC in a little over 3!

We did a tour with Matthew and it was very insightful and such a beautiful day to learn so much about so many different places in 3 hours. The e-bikes were amazing and the route was excellent and the time allotted at each stop was perfect! Highly recommended!

Stellar Experience

Had a wonderful time being shown around everything in DC by mark, even during the government shutdown we still got to learn so much about all the monuments. The only advice I have is to rent a standard bike and not an ebike my ebike was crazy fast and I flew far ahead of the crowd without needing to.

Cruising through DC

The DC monuments electric bike tour was fun and exciting. Our tour guide Wally, was knowledgeable and entertaining. He made sure we all stayed together in a group, kept the group moving along and we got to see so much more because of it. This tour is a great way to see all the monuments, get a little exercise and not take the entire day to do so. I would highly recommend this tour for all members of the family; the electric bikes made it so easy to move around DC.
