A 4-hour walk with a guide, Patrick, who is passionate about ornithology and informs you about the birds of the bay, their migration, and the species that will soon be nesting... He points out the changes in the river courses and lets you discover the mudflats (quicksand, which the children really enjoyed). A memorable afternoon for a reasonable budget (20 euros per person). Superb experience, we cross rivers and discover quicksand. I learned a lot of things from our guide about the bay, the tides, the history, and the quicksand. We loved it! Bring a jacket and sunscreen; the weather changes quickly, so it is better to be prepared.
