Was very informative. I liked all the details and statistics along with the items. Was expecting a few more bigger things to see or interact with but was still really cool. Make sure if you pay for the VIP experience you mention it as you check in. Had a new worker and wasn't aware about the VIP portion. The "extra" things you get are worth the little extra you pay for the VIP experience. The other worker who we had to ask about the VIP portion was more than accommodating and apologized several times. They then called the employee over who missed it and very nicely showed them where to find it in the future so others wouldn't be missed. The other worker apologized again several times and more than "made it right". Every way this was handled and "fixed" was above and beyond nice and professional. I have ZERO complaints about the employees. Way to go on finding the right employees. Mistakes happen, it was more than corrected as far as I'm concerned. My biggest complaint? Trying to find where I could write this review. Took me a few mins of searching to find the review portion.

High prices not worth it
It's not worth the price. 80.48 for a senior ticket. for not much. We bought our tickets when we arrived. The lady was very snarky . Once we paid we were handed boarding pass. No directions .I had to go back out and ask about how to listen to the narrator. and again met with rudeness. Good history and respect for the awful journey for those that survived and those who parished.

My husband and I took my mother to this expo. My mother loved the 3D virtual reality where you are able to see the wreck site beneath the ocean surface. An expo very well presented.

It provides great history on the building of Titanic and information on the incident and passengers. I expected more artifacts. It was hard to hear the message on the first room where you sat because music was playing in the background. And the messages on the wall on the room telling about the incident passed to quickly and it was not possible to read them all before the next text appeared.

It’s not 90 min, unlike what it was advertise, and the VR is extra so the whole thing is slightly overpriced. That being said, it was fun, interactive, my son had a blast so I. The end it Was still worth it, If you go in with managed expectations.
