Small shop patronized by young, hip locals. Excellent croissants and coffee. Friendly staff.
I booked on for the Napoleon class but the day before they emailed me to say that there were issues with the room and the class had to be cancelled. They offered to switch me to the croissant course, which I accepted, or the macaron course on the same day. These courses were all in the same building I had originally been booked to go to. There was no indication anything was wrong with the rooms, it just seemed to me as though no one else had signed up for my course so they cancelled it. It was extremely disappointing. Having said that, I did enjoy the croissant course. The teacher, Mimi, was really knowledgeable and patient, and in the end it was good fun learning how to make croissants. I would really like to go back and do a patisserie course, however, I'd feel unsure about booking a "less common" course with this provider in the future in case it got cancelled again.
Best cooking experience. My wife and I had a blast making napoleons. We had an amazing baker who was very instructive and taught us a lot about baking. Our pastries were delicious (especially if you like butter). Highly recommended
Julie was phenomenal, spoke perfect English, very down to earth. We had so much fun and my girls had so much fun. Great family outing
I would give them 0 stars if I could. This company is incompetent, when we booked the class we went to the location and the doors were locked. I messaged them on the Viator Tripadvisor app, and the person on the app said "knock on the doors and they will come out" well no one ever did. I contacted Tripadvisor and they stated that they couldn't do anything since they were just a venue. The company refused to refund us. Fortunately I paid with paypal and I'm fighting to reverse the charge. I'd avoid this company.
Amazing, would do it again! Perfect for anybody. Felix the instructor was super cool and a pro. Great kitchen and lot to eat when you are done.
Amazing experience! Loved our chefs. They were relaxed, confident and warm! They even recommended our favorite restaurant in Paris. It was our best and most memorable dinner! Will definitely do it again!
Embarking on a solo Mille Feuille class in Paris was a serendipitous culinary adventure. With the undivided attention of my skilled teacher, I delved into the art of crafting this iconic French pastry, mastering the delicate techniques of puff pastry creation and crème anglaise piping. The intimate setting allowed for personalised guidance and ample opportunity to ask questions, making the learning experience both engaging and informative. Leaving the class with newfound confidence and a delicious dessert in hand, I couldn't recommend this authentic Parisian experience enough for anyone eager to explore the world of French pastry
Love the expression, I'm not a baker but recieved alot of great tips. The chef was very personable and explained each steps thoroughly. I would recommend this class to all who would like to get the experience of working with a professional chef.
First time Mille Feuille Napoleon class was given. When I arrived, I was the only student! Chef Minel was a great teacher and provided great hints! This is a fun class! I'd encourage anyone that enjoys baking to take this class while in Paris.
