This experience was soooo much fun!! Antonio was fantastic. He truly had a passion for Paella and culinary arts. We enjoyed his company and the fruits of our labors.

Very knowledgeable and went thru examples and the history of paella I would recommend this experience. Our group was 4 which was awesome.
Our chef Carlos was excellent. The paella was very tasty. However the venue was not the greatest. Although it was a dedicated paella restaurant so had all the necessary equipment, there was no AC which - on a hot evening as it was - was quite uncomfortable. A big question mark however over the fact that there were stacks of rice on the floor in the toilet.
We've been waiting eight months to get the AC we bought new. Very attentive while they were waiting to receive the second payment from the AC; from there it has been a total nonsense. From the first day we told them the extras we wanted and it wasn’t until the 11th of June and after my husband told them how they had to put it they put the oven that was the last thing they had left. Today the incompetent Maria Jose has not told us, although we have repeatedly asked her, when the ACs are delivered to us. He ignores the Wasap we put on him and he doesn't answer us in any way. We have asked you to send us a delivery note with the prices of the extras you have put us, to see if they are the same prices you told us in your day, and nothing; and above all they have the gall to put, on the back, a HUGE sticker with your logo so that we advertise them that I have already told you to remove. In short, they are inept, incapable, clumsy, useless, denied, ineffective, ignorant, negligent, null, insufficient, incompetent. DO NOT BUY OR RENT ANYTHING from these UNPRESENTABLES.
A great time. Very authentic as in a real kitchen . Great chef who taught and entertained us all. Everyone joins in. Great food with fresh ingredients.
Antonio was AMAZING! I am so happy that he was the chef that we received. WARNING - Be prepared to NOT like paella anywhere else. I am 100% serious. His paella was sooooo good that everywhere else was sub par. We had it 2 more times after this class. Nothing compared to what he taught our group to make. Antonio also had us make a salad and sangria. Yum and more yum. He taught us tricks to making the perfect paella as well as where we can get the cookware at reasonable prices. Then we finished with the most delicious mouth watering cheesecake that you can imagine. This class is a MUST in València. Antonio, Antonio, Antonio……..Amazing. We loved your excitement and personal touches you made to our experience.
What a fun filled night of laughs and deliciousness. We were a group of 4 joined by one other solo traveller a beautiful young lady from the USA. We were all involved in the making of Sangria, salad and Paella. Antonio was an amazing teacher and story teller we so enjoyed his company and his knowledge of food and cooking. We were also provided with potatas bravado and anchovies for entree. The drinks were plentiful and the food was amazing.
Antonio, the chef was AMAZING! This paella class was the highlight of our trip! Highly recommended, so much fun and tasty food including tapas, sangria, dessert and of course the paella.
Antonio was beyond amazing!! Such a memorable experience to learn the original Paella Valenciana from the bedt chef ever!! Beyond personal and engaging activity. He went above and beyond yo make this experience. He spoke perfect English but also asked what we preferred. Sharing so many inside chef secrets!! We even got the recipes!Highly recommend . Carlos gave us first rate cooking experience from beginning to end. Great explanation of the cook and history of paella. The sides were great and dessert was excellent. Highly recommend this adventure for cooking historic paella. Well done Carlos!
