Mustapha and his team are truly pros; they are reliable, welcoming, reassuring, and punctual. We felt safe and not in a tourist trap, as the group size was limited. The view is magnificent and the experience is unforgettable at sunrise. A must-do with Mustapha!!

Great hot air balloon ride with my partner for her birthday boss views of Marrakech watching the sun rise

We travelled in August so was lovely and warm, may want a second layer out of peak season. Wear closed shoes, we landed in a field full of spiky plants! Pick up was on time, journey wasn’t too long. Upon arrival you’ll be offered a chance to buy drone footage of your trip, priced about £25, whilst having a cup of Moroccan tea or coffee. Flight was nearly an hour. It was stunning and peaceful, staff and pilot were all friendly. You don’t have to help putting balloon up or down like you do most places in England, which added to the experience in the UK when we went with Virgin. Breakfast was edible but not great. Our pickup was 0450 and we arrived back at hotel before 1000. Overall was great, worth the £100 each or so.

Total professionalism from start to finish. Pick up on time and contacted prior to pick up time to confirm. Lovely and well organised on arrival. Coffee /tea to greet us. Toilets available. Balloon ride impeccable, lovely staff, smooth ride. On of the best experiences ever. Photos and video via drone taken and recieved the next day. Couldn't have been better .

We had a fantastic sunrise hot air balloon ride over Marrakesh with Palms Ballooning and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Morocco! The experience started perfectly with a reliable pick-up right on time from our hotel. Our guide and pilot were incredibly friendly, professional, and made us feel safe and comfortable from start to finish. The ascent into the morning sky was completely smooth, and the entire balloon ride felt incredibly stable at all times. The sunrise views were absolutely awesome, and the Atlas Mountains were visible in the distance. Our pilot was great at rotating the balloon throughout the flight, ensuring that people on both sides of the basket got equal views and perfect photo opportunities. The basket itself was very well-designed with partitioned sections, making it ideal, spacious, and comfortable for both families and couples. After landing, we enjoyed a really nice breakfast which we were definitely ready for after the early morning start. We opted for an extra photo and video package booked at the flight area. A couple of days after we got home, we received the drone video and photos. They are awesome, and it has been fantastic to relive the memories. Super value at £24 Do not hesitate to book this trip with Palms Ballooning when you are in Marrakesh—it is worth every penny!
