Each balloon accommodates up to 19 passengers, with a maximum of 5 passengers per compartment (4 compartments per basket). A magical moment that began with our pickup by our driver Abdallah at the hotel. A man of great kindness and very interesting as a tour guide for the region. Then the flight was also magical thanks to our pilot Elias. Croissant, coffee, then upon our return, a Berber breakfast. An experience not to be missed and to do with a serious and safe company like Ciel d’Afrique.
A wonderful sunrise, with a trusted company: the Ciel d'Afrique. Extremely well organized, since the pickup, very close to the riad where we were staying. The staff was friendly and attentive and the breakfast abundant and with offer for all tastes. The flight experience in the hot air balloon was spectacular. Everything is silence, peace and beauty. Commander Rafael, our very friendly Spanish pilot, gave us safety, confidence and tranquility, by his experience and competence, to which he added joy and enthusiasm in balanced doses. In short, we loved it. An unforgettable experience and to repeat in the future, without hesitation.
Amazing experience with hot balloon flight - in fact, my first time! Rafael and Echo were the perfect match for this baptism. 1 hour in the air with an hot air balloon seems a lot but in fact it went by very fast. Watching the sunrise above the Atlas montains as well as a 360° view over the valley on which Marrakech lies, with all the dry creek beds, is well worth the ticket price!

We had a fantastic experience! The entire team are very professional, starting with clear communication the day before confirming our exact pickup time. Our driver was punctual, friendly, and very informative. Upon arriving at the launch site, we were treated to a warm welcome with drinks and croissants. The balloon ride itself was breathtaking, and our pilot, Mr. Bean, was brilliant. Calm, humorous, and great at explaining the process. The onboard photographer was equally funny, and they both did a fantastic job of making everyone feel relaxed. As soon as we landed, our return transport was already waiting to whisk us back to camp for breakfast. I can't recommend this company enough. While they may be slightly more expensive than others, the premium service and flawless logistics makes it worth the money.
This was our first time going on an air balloon with my boyfriend. We had the best time ever. All of the people working there are very kind and welcome you in the best way and make sure that the experience is the best possible. I wish your guide is Abdallah, he was the first mad to start the air baloon business there. He is amazing, very funny, kind and just has a good heart. Also if you want to make a very special and memorable video, I recommend Zakaria. He made a beautiful video for us and this is a memory we will keep forever.

Abdullah1 is THE BEST GUIDE EVER. Extremely funny, safe driver and goes above and beyond for his clients. Took photos for us, gave us exclusive tips, and made the whole experience so much more memorable and gave us a little tour of Marrakech on the way there.
