We loved this. It was worth the early time and wake up. Seeing the sunrise was truly the best experience! The food and hospitality were great too, Captain Vurald made us feel safe, have fun, and was very nice as well :)

High Atlas Mountains
Rise early and leave your Marrakech hotel with your guide. Relax inside the air-conditioned vehicle as you travel to the launch site in time for your balloon ride. On arrival, boost your energy with pastries, tea, and coffee and look on as your experienced crew prepares your balloon. Climb into the spacious basket for takeoff. Thrill as your balloon rises into the skies and ogle the aerial views of the desert as you float through the air. Take photos of the rocky valleys and peaks as your pilot steers your balloon over the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. Great experience
Great trip and experience. Very well organized. They picked us up at the hotel and an easy trip to the destination.

Not worth the time
This has potential but the communication isn't good, your start time isn't correct and pickup time is much earlier. The driver got lost and delayed our start by 30 minutes so our flight was cut short. Use another company if you do this, better yet choose another city for this activity!

Amazing experience from start to finish! 🎈 We had such a wonderful hot air balloon ride in Marrakech this morning. Everything was very well organised and, most importantly, right on time. The whole team followed the schedule perfectly and everything ran smoothly. A special thank you to our captain, Lina, who was fantastic and made the experience even more enjoyable. The views were incredible, and the whole experience was unforgettable. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech! ❤️🎈

Absolutely amazing experience. Definitely recommend. Our pilot, Noor, was lovely. She was really friendly and took loads of photos for us all. Would definitely do this again.

Disorganized, no communication, VERY unnecessary early pickup. Do not recommend.
Communication from the very beginning was awful. We were picked up VERY early in the morning, and the driver couldn't be bothered to say hello, yes this is for the Hot Air Balloon, etc. We then arrived and no one told us timelines, instructions, nothing. We were given a pastry (amazing) and option for coffee. Silly me thought we would be in the air soon so I didn't want to get coffee. What we didn't know is we booked the SECOND flight of the day - not the first, which puts you up in the air at sunrise. The booking wasn't clear with that. So, there was a lot of waiting around. A LOT - there is absolutely no reason to get there that early. We didn't understand why we were waiting around, because, again, NO communication of what to expect, timelines, etc. There were a LOT of people too. Way too many. Once we FINALLY got in the air, it was gorgeous. Our balloon operator/driver was GREAT. That's the only reason I'm giving this a 3 and not a 1. Go with a smaller operator that has smaller groups....you might pay more, but it would have been worth it in the end. The balloons were also all one color. Very bland and kind of ugly. I was hoping for COLOR....... Overall, I don't recommend them.

Highlight of the trip
Wow; What an experience! Flawless pickup, provided coffee or tea in the morning. An UNFORGETTABLE balloon ride with the smoothest landing ever. Followed by a complete berber breakfast spread. 10/10 don't hesitate. So glad we booked this excursion. The driver, ground crew and pilot Yanis were all amazing!

Up up and away🎈
This was bucket list stuff.I went on my own. 5.30am pickup ,first stop coffee and croissant.Then off to the launch place.My dream fulfilled!! The sight of so many balloons was unreal❤️The landing crew were gret fun-and then onward for a lovely Moroccan breakfast. Genuinley great value and highly recommend .

They sent a text previous day about pick up - they were punctual . Excursion was as promised . I went solo and it was not a problem
