Up to weather and season. Take off 25 kms North of Palmeraie Marrakech, in front of Atlas and Jbilets Mountains along the Tensift River Valley with is famous Olive Trees Farms. Discover the typical berber villages and meet with the authentic Morocco smoothly flying over the Douars.
Fly Over this Green valley with olive, orange and lemon trees facing the Atlas along Jbilets mountains. bird view of how Moroccan are really living just outside Marrakech at 30 minutes driving from downtown, you balloon flight is also supporting Oulad El Garn Village community with the 40 workers preparing balloons, breakfasts etc living here.

Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup confirmed the afternoon before the flight by reservation team with exact pickup time and location, and mobile contact of transportation coordinator. Passengers have to be on time on the spot as transportation (by minibus or van or 4x4 all with AC and full confort) does not wait more than 10 minutes, otherwise considered as a no-show.

Wow - what an amazing experience. Professionally run from start to finish. Felt very safe. Lots of room in the basket. A once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommend the video with the man too - amazing memories captured at a reasonable price.

Brilliant and efficient service/experience. Thank you 🙏🏾 Very organised, punctual with timings, attention to communication of and addressing health and safety of the experience as well as comfort of attendees. Plenty of refreshments throughout. All staff were competent , friendly and professional. The experience itself was great - to be driving out of the busy city of Marrakesh out in the open space. Good to see other places and how people live, the goats grazing , and little packs of dogs together. Epic scenery as one would expect. Breathtaking sunrise - super way to start the day. Dogs were hanging around tents seeking food. It was noted that staff were treating the dogs in a gentle/respectful way which was so nice to see.
It’s quite difficult to get in and out of the balloon! But a wonderful experience… could have been over more interesting geography though

Our driver picked us up on time - at the pre-arranged location at 05:55. We had croissants and a drink - then there was a bit of a delay with our balloons due to the previous trips blowing outside of the usual area - but you can't control the weather! So we all had our second breakfast before we took off... Lovely pilot - very calm and reassuring. First attempt at landing was aborted - then we touched down safely - all added to the experience. So quiet when you are just drifting in the sky... amazing views (...and FYI - I'm terrified of heights - so don't let that put you off if you are too!)

driver was amazing! so fun! and service was great overall amazing experience really enjoyed the people! but to note that we started our ride after the sun rose so don’t expect to be in the sky alr before sun rise

Nice experience. There were more pollen than expected, less personal but still amazing views from the balloon. Guide was nice but would have preferred some commentary on the area while driving
Thanks for your comment, just to clarify, we do not have ''guides''. What you will experience is - Drivers from your place to the airfield at main camp, not all of them can speak english, they are locals we give jobs thanks to you, but as drivers we ask them to be on time, to drive respecting the rules, to be clean and polite as we want you to be safe during his drive. They are not allowed to discuss with clients during driving, we ask them to focus on their environment on the road. - Pilots in the Balloon who do speak English and will be informative on Balloon technical aspects, weather, local environment and answer any question you may have.
The hot air balloon experience was fantastic. Everything was well organised and punctual and every member of staff I spoke to was so polite and friendly. Would 100% recommend!
Absolutely incredible experience. I loved every bit of this life time experience. If I come back to Marrakech again, I will only book this activity with this company again. They made us feel safe, comfortable and happy throughout this journey. Hats off all of you! Love London.
