Neutral leaning to unpleasant

The sightseeing itself was extremely beautiful, and the second guide we had at the mountain was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, the experience with the first guide and the driver was quite disappointing. The van’s air conditioning was not working properly, and the temperature inside became extremely uncomfortable. Despite repeatedly telling us that the air conditioning was working, it was clear that it was not functioning adequately - the top window was opened at all times which suggests that it wasn’t working right? Overall it did very little to relieve the heat. I fully expected to be warm while outdoors, especially given the weather, but I did not expect to be subjected to such high temperatures inside a vehicle when the tour is advertised as including air-conditioned transportation. There was also an issue with the description of the activity. The tour is presented as accessible to children under five (as tickets are sold), but in reality, it does not appear to be suitable unless the child is carried for significant portions of the experience. Overall, while the sightseeing itself was beautiful and the second guide was excellent, the transportation and the inaccurate expectations set by the tour description significantly affected the experience. Unless these issues are acknowledged (especially the AC since tourists are not used to this weather) and I can be confident that they have been properly addressed, I would not feel comfortable recommending this tour to others.

Ourika Valley

A top-notch guide for our excursion in the Ourika Valley! 🌿 We spent a very beautiful day discovering the Ourika Valley with our guide Houssein. He was very friendly, available, and attentive throughout the visit. Following a misunderstanding regarding the schedule, he really did what was necessary to find a solution and come pick us up, then drop us off directly at our Riad. We really appreciated this gesture and his kindness. 🙏 We sincerely thank him for this beautiful day and recommend him without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A day in the Ourika Valley

We had a very good time, Abdelhadi, our guide, was very kind, super friendly, gave us good commentary on the walk, and chatted with us a lot. It is very touristy but very nice to do to discover the Ourika Valley.

Great Experience at Ourika Valley

The day trip as a whole was brilliant during our stay in Marrakech. There was some confusion initally on the drivers part which meant we were stood around for 10mins or so but once we set off we made our way to the Berba Cooperative which was intriguing, local people giving us a chance to sample and buy their products which included Argan Oils and natural remedies. Then onto the waterfall and mountain climb. The local guide (pictured) was really helpful in leading our small group up and down the mountain and offered to take pictures for us where possible. The route is by no means a hike, it is a climb so sensible trainers are recommended. The tour finished with lunch in a unique riverside restaurant which was delicious. A local trio playing traditional instruments provided some entertainment which was fun. I would have to say that the only downside was the transportation. The air-conditioning was non existent despite the blowers being on the whole time, it was actually really uncomfortable on a 45°C day and hope they get it sorted soon, nothing a re-gas can't fix I'm sure. Thanks All
