Soufiane welcomed us very well, very good driving, very interesting and accommodating, we talked with him throughout the trip about Moroccan culture, several stops to drink or to visit. The hike to the waterfalls was great, the guide was very kind and attentive, a very good time. On the other hand, very disappointed with the restaurant, average food, no room to sit by the water, long wait with our 2 and a half year old daughter... A real shame to end on a bad note. The catering service needs to be reviewed because it is the final point of the experience, so you must leave customers with the wow effect they had throughout the day.
Very good family time visiting the waterfalls. The driver was great, just like the guide! Disappointed with the restaurant because we had chosen the lunch package, very crowded, not the best spot near the river, and the meal was really not great for the experience. Too bad we ended on a bad note when the morning was worth 10/10

A great day out with the tour and highly recommend. Ashraf picked us up on time close to Road and was very friendly and helpful throughout the day, even making a special stop for the kids to dip their toes into the river, which was their highlight of the day. A thank you to Rizwan too who was out local guide up to the waterfalls and maintained a great pace for the kids. Highly recommend the tour and is great value for money. It was a great experience. We got picked up on time and it was beautiful drive. It was total of 5 hours at the waterfall. There were a total of 8 of us and we enjoyed it. Our driver Ilyas and our guide Mohammed were amazing.

We had the pleasure of enjoying a private tour of the Ourika Valley with our seven‑year‑old, guided by the wonderful duo Faadil and Abde Loiahid. Faadil, our driver, was punctual and professional. He provided a safe and peaceful journey both to and from the valley, sharing helpful information along the way. He was also flexible with stops and kindly took family photos, which we greatly appreciated. Our hike to the waterfall was led by Abde Loiahid, who embodied true Moroccan hospitality. Patient and kind, he adapted the pace to suit our child, encouraging breaks when needed and showing genuine care throughout. His deep local knowledge of the valley added a unique and invaluable layer to the experience. Together, they truly were the dream team. We felt cared for, informed, and welcomed at every step. The experience was simply magnificent! We had a wonderful time, with a breathtaking view. 🤩 We tried the experience with our one-and-a-half-year-old baby, and everything was perfectly facilitated by the providers. Their kindness and thoughtfulness really touched us. Everything was planned for our comfort: * car seat available; * our guide who carried our son in the sections where it became complicated for us; * great attention paid to our safety and comfort; * a lot of kindness and thoughtfulness. There would be so many more positive points to list! Not to mention an excellent meal. A big thank you to our driver Rachid, as well as to Younes (if I am not mistaken) for this magnificent experience.
