Never showed up, difficult to join and get reimboursed
I had a pick-up scheduled at 9 am. The provider never showed up, and never annuled the tour on viator either. He didnt contact me by phone, email, or the viator app to tell me he was going to cancel. I called and texted them, no answer. I had to book the same tour elsewhere in a matter of minutes, with the first agency I found. Had to ask my new guide to help me to contact them, and ask them to reimbourse me. It took him quite a negociation on the phone. The provider never explained why they didnt show up, contacted me on any way, or why they didn't cancel my tour properly. They never apologized either. Book elsewhere.

It was a very pleasant excursion, thanks to Jawad, who made everything very enjoyable and was always attentive to us. It is a rewarding experience to be able to see the culture of the villages from the inside.
