Omar was a fantastic tour guide! Our start time got adjusted, but he was flexible to meet our schedule needs. Historical context provided behind both food and local cultural elements. The score SHOULD BE ZERO or NO STARS!!! I booked and was confirmed for the 10:00 am food tour on September 12. I showed up at 9:30 am at the Cafe de France meeting point and NO ONE SHOWED UP! I called the activity provider Authentic Marrakech Guided Tours and get voicemail. I called TripAdvisor and questioned why they confirmed it.Customer service assured me that they received confirmation from them. It is totally unacceptable how this food tour was a no show with not even by an explanation on what happened or AN APOLOGY! DO NOT BOOK THIS ACTIVITY OR DO BUSINESS WITH AUTHENTIC MARRAKECH GUIDED TOURS.
