Louvre Masterpieces and Secrets : Private Tour with Art Historian

Description
It is always thrilling to share secrets, scandals and constructive gossip about the largest museum in the world - the Louvre. What did Napoleon want, and how did that make Venus famous? Is there really a secret behind the Mona Lisa’s smile? Who was obsessed with his blocks of marble (and would you have a drink with them)? Why did it take 8 centuries to build the Louvre? I learned Art History the hard way, with some of the most fascinating scholars, I sometimes see in documentaries. But academia was not gonna be for ever, and I did my own Emily in Paris move and fled (London), to reinvent myself in the City of Dreamers-Paris. That was a while ago, and the Louvre has been a second home for more than a decade now.
