With so many river tours available I would look for another. The boat is very old, the windows are very dirty and stained making it hard to see out. The middle section is the only section worth seating in because it doesn’t have windows. The only good thing is that it’s only one level, better get there early to get a seat in the middle section.
Great views of Lisbon you won't see except from rhe river. The tour started on time, friendly staff and very comfortable boat. One our our best memories of this trip to Portugal. Very reasonable price for what you get.
We arrived 1/2 hr early for our boat ride only to have the operator tell us there was no excursion at 5:30pm, in spite of what our tickets said. Do we had to pay 25 additional euros (for 2 of us) to take the later sunset ride.

It is a calm and interesting experience. We see a different point of view of the city. The guide speaks only in English and the other languages through our mobile phone.... Why does the guide not speak Portuguese and the English through the mobile phone?

Great relaxing way to see some of the sights from the river! Especially the ones that were further away. Good narration provided for the sights too.
We received a text the day before our trip to advise the 5.30pm trip was cancelled and offered us other options. We chose to change the time to 4.30pm. We arrived at the dock in plenty of time, boarded and then took in the scenery. There is a bar onboard which is helpful but there is no commentary which we knew as it was part of the description. The only thing we were not aware of was the stop halfway up go pick more people up. This was about a 10 min stop. Was a lovely relaxing boat trip.
The audio guide works perfectly, with clear and not very long explanations. You have to bring your own headphones and the bar has normal prices.
Pleasant and comfortable. Good option if you want to go to Belen and you are in the city center. The boat arrived on time and it was quick to board and disembark.
