Scam
We were late ‘cause the train didnt’ stop at Belém, so I ask for the tickets no matter the guided tour, and they never send the tickets to us. Now the don’t answer mail or phone. Sadly this is the worst experience ever. It’s a scam. Dont’t even think about it.
Operator response
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.
However, I would like to clarify that this was not a scam. We waited for you at the meeting point for more than 30 minutes, but unfortunately, we did not receive any call or message from you during that time.
Your email arrived more than an hour after the tour had started. I replied after the tour had finished and sent you the monastery tickets so that you could visit in the afternoon.
I understand that unexpected travel disruptions can happen, and I regret that you were unable to join the tour as planned. Nevertheless, I did my best to assist you once I received your message.
I take my responsibility as a tour guide seriously and always aim to provide my guests with a positive experience. I believe it is important that the circumstances are represented fairly and accurately.
Kind regards,
Angela

Well worth it.
A really informative and fun tour with our professional guide Angela. It’s a small group and we each had a headset so it was easy to hear our guide whose English was excellent. Her knowledge of the history of Portugal, Belém and the Church and cloister was amazing. 3 hours really well spent. Thank you

The rest of Lisbon
You’ve toured the city center and the old town, but you must go to Belém area too. Many museums, an old monastery, monuments, parks/squares, shops and waterfront to experience. Our guide Angela was knowledgeable and accommodating. It was a great afternoon!

Angela was great. She is...
Angela was great. She is very knowledgeable (and funny). We saw and learned so much. She paced the tour well and tied together the information she shared. I would highly recommend any tour with her.
