My friend and I went on this tour with Paola, our guide. She was absolutely wonderful and very passionate about her country. She was so knowledgeable and kind throughout the tour, sharing information not only regarding the Peruvian food, but also art and history! It was great value for money and overall we had a great time!!

Paola was an amazing foodie guide. All five restaurants she took us to were outstanding. The ceviche was my favorite but all were outstanding. She is warm, accommodating and bright. She was previously a history guide, so she was able to blend in this background as well. Caution: go on an empty stomach! You will eat a ton.
Paola is extremely knowledgeable about food, history and art. The food was incredible and plentiful. Do not eat anything before the tour! I appreciate all the places making vegetarian versions of everything. The corn, potatoes, vegetarian ceviche and everything was really outstanding. Luma is the food capital and this tour should not be missed.
