Best pasta making experience
It was such a wonderful experience. And then you get to eat the past you have made! Yummmmmm . Fantastic time

Wonderful class!
Finding the shop was easy. The class was excellent and the lunch was delicious (and generous)! Wear comfortable shoes, you will stand to make the pasta. Our hosts served several glasses of wine throughout the class and lunch.

Fun Class
Wonderful class in the center of Lecce. At the end everyone gets to relax, drink wine and eat a large bowl of homemade orecchiette that you created.

Authentic Italian pasta experience
I highly recommend this cooking class in the center of historical Lecce. My friends and I loved our beautiful and enthusiastic teacher chef Yliani. She inspired us with her knowledge gleaned from many years of study beginning with her beloved Nonna. Following the lesson we enjoyed our pasta accompanied by several types of organic wines, bruschetta and biscotti. .

Learn a Life Skill!
Wonderful experience in Lecce learning how to make orecchiette pasta! Though the dough we created can also be used for any pasta shape we desire later. We got to try several types of local Salento wines, snacked on some cheeses and focaccia, and at the end got to eat the orecchiette we had made earlier. All in a very low stress environment, and getting to meet and talk with other folks.

loved the family that hosted this event. The pasta making was fun and the instructor did an amazing job describing how to do so! The wine and food felt consistently flowing. We also got to talk to other travelers which was fun.
