Authentic Puglia Cooking Class in a Local Family Home Near Lecce

Truly amazing! We received a very warm welcome from the hosts. The evening started with prosecco toasts and a selection of local appetizers including breads, salamis and Antonio’s secret recipe spreads. We then moved upstairs to a beautiful outdoor deck where Enza taught us how to make two different types of pasta while we chatted, listened to music and sang together. The pasta was cooked and brought out for us to eat together along with local wines and followed by a delicious dessert and two types of Antonio’s limoncello. The evening ended with a thoughtful and beautiful video collage of photos and videos that had been taken throughout the evening. Antonio and Enza go above and beyond and made this an unforgettable experience. We will be recommending this experience to all of our friends.

From the moment we stepped into the villa, we were welcomed like family. Learning to make authentic pasta from scratch was hands-on, engaging, and pure fun. Rolling dough to lively music with such warm, generous hosts created an incredible atmosphere full of laughter. Sitting down together to share the meal made it the absolute highlight of our trip—a genuine, unforgettable taste of Italian hospitality.

It was amazing from the moment we walked up the driveway. Greeted by Enza and Antonio’s Labrador who was entertaining all night. The whole experience was a great event. Enza and Antonio where perfect hosts, very generous and we all had a lot of fun and learned some new skills. They didn’t only shared their cooking skills but their life experiences and it was pleasure to be in their presence. We have completed a lot of cooking classes all over the world and this is hands down the best ever.

In all our years of traveling, I’m not sure I’ve ever had such a special, in-home experience being welcomed by such fantastic chefs and hosts. Enza and Antonio are truly truly one of a kind! They are so friendly and warm and such beautiful people inside and out. Our family of five including three kids feels lucky to have taken part in this special experience learning how to make oriecchette and long pasta together with the special semolina duro flour that is typical to the region. They shared with us sundried tomatoes, eggplant, olives, limoncello and other specialties from their own garden, and explained to us how they made them. It was all delicious and so was the ever-flowing wine and lemonade for the kids! There was so much laughter around the table and the chance to make friends with them and the other guests in their warm and beautiful home. We enthusiastically recommend this experience! You absolutely will not regret it!

This was a wonderful experience! A real highlight of our trip! We did this class as a group of 6 which included my parents and two kids, ages 6 and 9. It was so much fun! The aperitivo at the beginning was jaw-dropping. Wine and drinks were flowing (and the wine was delicious!) When it came to pasta making, they were so patient with the kids, especially the 6 year old. Enza, her husband, her daughter, and a friend were all there to assist. My 6 year old got a lot of attention and they were able to show her how to shape the pasta herself rather than just take over. Both kids were so proud of what they produced. The meal was nothing short of delicious and included dessert. We ended up with a lot of wonderful photos (and even a video!) at the end. The company was fabulous. Cannot recommend this highly enough.

What an amazing experience! Enza and Antonio were perfect hosts! The class is held in their beautiful home in a private setting. A casual beginning with drinks and charcuterie full of foods from the region and their own garden. We got to meet and mingle the other guests (from five different countries) and relax. Enzo and Antonio (and their daughter) were engaging and fun to be around. Then we made the pastas. Enza was a great teacher. She showed us how to make the two types of pastas and then she went to each person for personalized instruction. Antonio we taking pictures of us all. Enza then prepared the pasta dishes while Antonio poured the wine. We all bonded over our clumsy pasta making and had a lovely dinner. After we left (all good things must come to an end), Enza and Antonio sent us a video they created of or evening. The diner was last night and they are still sending us pictures. I have been to other pasta and cooking classes and this was by far the best! Will definitely repeat! Do not miss this uplifting experience!!! Grazie Enza & Antonio!!!

When I first read the many amazing reviews of this experience a few had said that this was the highlight of their entire trip to Puglia. I found that kind of hard to believe but after reading so many great reviews this is the one I booked. Boy were we NOT disappointed - it was just as awesome as all of the reviews I had read. Enza and her lovely husband were the very best hosts, we were joined with about 12 other strangers from all over the world, and I think I can say for everyone there we had just the very best experience! They welcomed us into their lovely home, we sat and started with a charcuterie board that Enza prepared for our arrival - all things grown in her garden. I am still drooling over those sun-dried tomatoes. I can go on and on about how amazing this was, I will just say book it and you will be SO HAPPY you did! This was a 10+ out of 10 in every way possible.

What an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like part of their family. They are so warm, kind, and welcoming. The pasta-making class was so much fun, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was homemade and prepared with so much love. We were also honored to be the first guests from Uruguay to share this experience with them! 🇺🇾 Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Italian experience.
