A fun evening, which was interesting and well organised.
An all-around successful evening! In a relaxed atmosphere, we learned how to prepare fresh pasta ourselves – with a lot of fun 😄 and great instruction. Afterwards, we were able to enjoy our homemade pasta together with Apulian wines. An authentic experience with warm hosts that we are happy to recommend!
A truly beautiful experience with nice yet strict teachers🤣. It is really worth it for the evening in general, and it feels like taking a trip into the past.
The food was fantastic but unfortunately we felt that there were a little too many participants. Felt impersonal.
This cooking class to learn how to make orecchiette and macaroni was a wonderful moment. A very big thank you to Teresa and Paola, as well as to Sophia and the young man for the time spent, their explanations, and their kindness.
Many participants. Too many. You will not have much hands on experience. They show you have to do the dough, and you touch it a little in the making, but you make the macaronis and the other one. You do not learn how long the pasta should cook, not how to make the sauce, or the aperitifs. You get a small portion when you’re done. You are allowed to get more, but there wasn’t any left. The cake we got was good. Not dry. The crew was lovely, but I didn’t learn how to cook Italian food.
Both the course and the 5 star location! Great value for money. All very nice. Would highly recommend
A very pleasant experience with Thérèsa and Anna Maria who taught us well the techniques. All translated into French by Sophia and Andrea . Very welcoming and smiling. A very nice evening in the Italian atmosphere. I recommend .
Great time to share!!! We were 2 families everyone loved! We finally learned how to make the famous pasta, the head cooks were adorable, the host handled French multilingual English superbly, the children were naturally included in the whole... really a great auntiqje moment spent all together! The only thing that didn't make me put 5 is that there's no child rate.
I would skip this one and find another as there are so many. It started on fine and Catarina seemed nice. But it was badly organized and the pasta was soooo overcooked. I realize it may be hard to cook when the pasta is not all as uniform as they like, but it was barely edible. I did expect more. Then she tells you she will post the picture on IG and never does. She seemed all about self promotion. Move on
