Shitennoji Temple is an ancient Japnese Buddhist temple located in Tennoji Ward, Osaka, and is a very important Buddhist temple. After that we will go back to ending point. It takes 15 minites by train.
“Shinsekai” the word in Japanese means new world. When we get there, we can see many restaurants that selling Osaka’s local food. In addition, we can feel the Japan’s summer festival vibe in night!
In this small shopping arcade at Shinsekai, you can experience a small Tea Ceremony, is pretty simple, but at least you can enjoy it!
Kuromon market is where all fresh food are lined up. We can enjoy the atmosphere and the best food there! Not only amazing seafood but also fresh fruits and meats.
In Dotombori, we can see various unique shops that selling Japanese souvenirs and Osaka local food. We can also taking pictures with such a massive advertisement and figures. Once you visit here, you would definitely love it.

My tour guide was Kei. He was phenomenal. He had alot of knowledge on the areas we visited and answered all of my questions. His English and his ability to understand and communicate with me was really good. Kei was present and aware of what I was interested in and what I wasn't. Very respectful and I felt safe and looked after.

This was a really good tour. It gave us a taste of many different areas of Osaka, so you get to decide which places you might want to go back and visit. The pace was really good not too quick but we really saw a lot. YoHey was a really good guide explained a lot of things that we were seeing and the history of the area. I would totally recommend this tour.
Ibuki was a wonderful tour guide. Very knowledgeable and showed us many sites. It was a lot of walking so make sure you wear great shoes 🙂 A highlight for me was walking through Kuromon market. Lots to see!
Great half day walking tour covering a lot of ground. Our guide Shehab (SBU) was fantastic and gave us lots of interesting information, history and answered all of our other random questions. It was great for our first day to have someone that could help navigate the subway, show us around and offer handy tips. Make sure you wear comfy shoes as you will do a lot of steps. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this short but sweet Osaka tour, especially if you are lucky enough to have Minori as your guide. We were amazed at her depth of knowledge and her ability to navigate the public transportation. She introduced us to so many highlights of Osaka, especially the unbelievable shrines and temples. Minori realized the extreme heat and humidity and tempered our site seeing pace (thankfully). Overall, the day was full of great experiences. And Minori took us right back to where we began the tour, A++.
