Osaka is famous for kuidaore, eating until you drop, and some of its best food is hidden in Namba’s backstreets. Featured on NHK, this tour visits three or four local izakayas, food stalls and neighborhood restaurants.
Start with a cold drink and fresh tako-sen, hot takoyaki between crisp shrimp crackers. Then choose what you want to try, from kushikatsu and grilled dishes to seasonal plates. There is no fixed menu. You choose the dishes and pay local prices at each stop.
With no more than eight guests, the group can enter small restaurants that larger tours cannot.

Good Food Tour Experience -Thx Stella
Stella was a great guide and took our family to restaurants we never would have found on our own. We specifically asked for non-touristy places where locals actually go, and that’s exactly what we got.
It was a great food experience, with good food, conversations with locals, and a really pleasant evening out. Stella was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the night easy and enjoyable.

Namba Food Tour
I did the Osaka Namba Food tour with Satoru as my guide. it was just me so he crafted a tour of various places to eat which focused in what I wanted to try which was greatly appreciated . I enjoyed learning about the history of places which we walked through and I got to try dishes I’d never had before. Highly recommended.

Great Experience!

Excellent Namba Osaka food walking tour
My guide, Gil, was very knowledgable not just about the street food of Osaka, but also about the history of the food and places we went to. He recommended the vegan ramen with tomato soup which I was a bit skeptical at first, but turned out to be the best ramen I've ever had. Highly recommending this tour and two thumps up for Gil. Thanks.
